Job DescriptionJob Description

firstPRO 360 is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to HR compliance regulations and driving process improvements. This position will be responsible for evaluating existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing comprehensive SOPs to streamline operations and minimize risks.

Main responsibilities will be:

Employee relations, Compliance Evals, Process implementation and improvement, SOP development
