Diesel Technician

We are currently seeking ​a Diesel Technician to become an integral part of our team Tech Level B - The right person will have 2+ years experience in the field and will have the ability to change tires, brakes, replace suspension components, perform PM services, perform a Federal Inspection etc. We are looking for someone to fill this position that has the desire to advance through ongoing factory training.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Expertise: Diagnose and repair mechanical problems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, and other essential components of heavy machinery

• Electrical and Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

• Diesel Systems: Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, addressing issues related to fuel systems, exhaust, and emissions.

• Ability to navigate Major manufacturer Software to performance and Emission related Diagnosis and Repair.

• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts used and work performed

​Qualifications:

• 2+ years as B Level Tech
• Mechanical knowledge in heavy-duty vehicles
• Proficiency in air brake systems
• Familiarity with transmissions and suspension systems
