POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Attendant, your responsibility is to provide high end white glove service in a corporate setting to our internal and external clients, to maintain the cleanliness of the space, ensure paper materials are stocked, provide light room setup, and that food and beverage is delivered in a timely manner. We are looking for a candidate with a welcoming personality and can effectively communicate with clients
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform duties of busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering items to clients, cleaning of food and beverage prep areas, and creating better efficiency.
- Keep floor and pantry areas clean throughout the day, including vacuuming, wipe down of high traffic areas, and clearing dishes from meeting rooms.
- Format service stations and pantry areas.
- Be able to safely serve clients hot and cold beverages as requested
- Maintain a clean and well organized work environment
- Replenish beverage station with bottle water, sodas, and ice tea etc.
- Perform periodic cleaning of private and public-facing spaces throughout the day. Restock paper supplies in pantries and restrooms. Cleaning includes, but not limited to, trash removal, wiping, dusting, cleaning glass, spot vacuum, spot mop, sanitizing, polishing, cleaning restroom fixtures, and similar work.
- Time management and work cohesively with other team members
- Execute additional assignments as assigned and maintain all sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Transportation to and from work.
- Valid California Driver’s License if job includes travel.
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physically able to perform light duty labor and lift up to 60 pounds and push up to 100 pounds.
- Physically able to walk, stand, lift, reach, bend, kneel, climb, twist, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis.
- Excellent English-speaking skills.
