We are looking for someone who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction.
Someone who is outgoing, leadership driven, can not only teach but, inspire others to be the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities

· High Quality Customer Service with the students and parents

· Following PMA Curriculum, Class Planning & management

· Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction

· Managing and Recording Student's Progress through belt testing

· Instruction of 5-7 High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “educating” classes daily

· Events- Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out

Other duties include: Distributing marketing materials into the community. Scheduling and conducting introductory student appointments.

Qualifications:

· Prior Martial Arts Experience Is a MUST

· Black Belt Certificate not mandatory but a plus

· Organized-Self Starter

· Service First Mentality

Pay is $16-18/ hour depending on experience. Part time hours will increase over time.
