Babkis Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a dependable Commercial Cleaner. You will provide custodial services to a commercial property. Duties will include sweeping, dust mopping, mopping and trash removal. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough and eager to learn. Job schedule: Thursday and Friday, 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs general sweeping, dust mopping, mopping and trash removal.
• Maintain cleaning supplies

• Commercial Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights.
• A high standard for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions
• Time-management skills
• Physical stamina
• Able to pass a background check/drug screening
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for length of scheduled time
