The Leasing Consultant is instrumental in promoting our community utilizing in-person appointments, social media outlets and advertising sources. This position has the most impact in maintaining high occupancy rates and forming professional and positive relationships with our residents.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1+ years leasing experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • OneSite/RealPage experience necessary

Skills:

  • Knock.com and Reputation.com utilization preferred
  • Social media and resident events experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) experience preferred
