Position: Concrete Estimator

Location: Sacramento, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and present estimates, reviewing project details thoroughly.
  • Coordinate subcontractor interactions and material procurement.
  • Analyze costs and maintain project schedules.
  • Support post-bid activities and cultivate stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in concrete estimation or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
