AP Clerk - Hybrid in NoVA

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client in a home building company in the Reston area.
  • Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated AP Clerk.
  • This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate
  • Schedule is M-F - 40/hr week.
  • Hybrid - 3 in, 2 out
  • Pay Rate: $26-28 per hour.

Overview of the AP Clerk role:

  • AP - processing invoices and paying bills via online payments and checks.
  • Support the accounting team with journal entries and reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the AP Clerk:

  • 2-3 years experience in AP
  • Experience with HB1 is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
