Looking to work in a fast-growing industry? The artificial grass industry is rapidly growing and Smart Turf is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline.

This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making plenty of cold calls per day, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. If you are energetic and have a willingness to learn along with the drive and creativity to uncover every opportunity, we want to talk to you

Responsibilities

· $20 hourly rate + commission

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Identify customer needs and requirements and clearly articulate solution benefits

· Working with B2B customer segments

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure

· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

· Maintain and expand your database of prospects

· Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals

· Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships

· Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online

· Track KPIs, milestones, and all activity in CRM

Requirements

· 2+ years sales experience

· Bachelor's degree in business or related field

· Ability to learn quickly and think strategically

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· Proficient with technology

· Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
