Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Support Staff to join our team We are a private outpatient group practice offering psychological, counseling, and medication management services. Support Staff have some direct contact with patients as well as administrative management responsibilities including answering the phone, scheduling intakes, collecting patient demographic information, as well as the completion of other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial contact for new patients
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Complete new patient registrations and ensure initial paperwork is completed
  • Reconciliation of daily appointments
  • Receive visitors
  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned location
  • Maintain and order supplies for assigned location

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have flexible daytime hours between the hours of 8-8 and willingness to work at least one Saturday every 8 weeks.
