Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent of 50 years is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Work experience in an office environment
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment- NO REMOTE WORK

Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 60 days of hire

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • 1+ year Insurance Agency experience

Job Type: Part- Time 24-32 Hours per week- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Minor flexibility of days required)
