Manage a high level security program that meets PCI requirements for Physical and Data Security. Develop and manage a Safety Program that meets OSHA requirements/reporting and directs all necessary employee training. Oversee the Internal Audit Department.

SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Overseeing the daily security operations and equipment including, but not limited to security systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, alarms, key control, surveillance monitoring, and staffing.

  2. Co-chairing the PCI Compliance Committee

  3. Maintaining all annual government compliance reporting, including EEOC, OSHA, EPA, Etc.

  4. Supervising, scheduling, training, and re-training security personnel, at least every six months.

  5. Maintaining, developing, and revising all security post orders, procedures, and directives. Conduct security orientation for new hires.

  6. Preparing and facilitating the Annual PCI Compliance Audits with the Associations and Bank Customers.

  7. Maintaining an on-call status around the clock for emergency response. Providing flexible supervision, rotate during all shifts needed.

  8. Managing the Building Opening and Closings.

  9. Handling all security, safety, and investigative matters, as directed.

  10. Manage the Internal Audit Department to ensure card control throughout the different manufacturing processes. Ensure that card jobs are not mixed during the movement between departments.

     

    SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

  11. Working toward full OSHA compliance in the production and office areas.

  12. Establishing, developing, and maintaining life/safety procedures, including but not limited to evacuation procedures, emergency planning, and test practices.

  13. Directing the safety committee activities, investigate accidents, and inspect for hazards, conducts safety audits (OSHA), ensure emergency preparedness, life safety procedures are updated and in place.

  14. Creating training programs for employees and supervisors that meet or exceed government requirements.

  15. Maintaining training databases that serve as a management tool.

  16. Providing training / educational programs, as needed.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reporting, investigating, following up and keeping records with all workers compensation claims. Ensuring that all OSHA forms are properly filled out, filed and posted according to laws.

2. Completing applicant background verification, criminal and credit checks.

3. Participating in new hire orientation meetings, completing training in Safety and Security. Communicating Safety and Security rules,

4. Duties assigned by the DIRECTOR OF HR AND SECURITY.
