Position Summary

The Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to both end users and integration partners.

 

Primary Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops for end users and channel partners at various levels.

2. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with end users and integrators.

3. Create engaging and effective training materials, including videos, presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.4. Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions.

5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

6. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure the application of learned skills.

7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

8. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.

9. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools and techniques.

2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

3. Ability to engage and motivate learners.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g. LMS, PowerPoint, Zoom).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.

3. Certification in technical training (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus.
