We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at our Garden Grove Location

This position will be responsible for coordinating the permitting of major warehouse racking, conveyor system, and LED lighting projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and sales team organizing and executing projects
  • Research appropriate jurisdiction and property information required for permitting
  • Obtain all required registrations and licensure necessary for each project
  • Coordinate the timely submission tracking and receipt of building permits all over the country
  • Coordinate with engineers to solve plan deficiencies and mitigate permit comments
  • Obtain all required approvals for permits and act as a liaison between the company and plans review, building and fire officials
  • Schedule and coordinate all services and inspections required by governing jurisdictions
  • Process and track all fees and payments of permit related expenses
  • Maintain and update all company permitting records
  • Represent the company professionally in all interaction with customers and appropriate jurisdictions
  • Assist in the writing of customer proposals
  • Create purchase orders and review invoices
  • Communicate with the customers and vendors throughout the delivery, installation, and permitting process

  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Experienced with Salesforce, Excel and Word
  • IT knowledge desired
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective multitasking and prioritizing system
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • BA / BS preferred
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Team player
