Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled contingent worker to augment our Security Awareness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, cyber threats, and security awareness, with a focus on increasing security awareness and changing risky behaviors within the organization. This role requires someone who can analyze security data, develop and deliver engaging presentations, and create visually compelling content that drives behavior change. Experience in a security awareness program is highly desirable.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data related to security incidents, phishing simulations, and employee behavior to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Cyber Threat Analysis: Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Translate complex security concepts into easily understandable content for a non-technical audience.
- Awareness Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of security awareness campaigns.
- Tailor messaging to target specific risks and behaviors that need to be addressed within the organization.
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging content, including infographics, posters, and digital materials, that align with security awareness objectives.
- Use graphic design skills to enhance the impact of awareness materials.
- Presentation & Training: Deliver presentations and information sessions to employees across the organization. Use clear and persuasive communication to educate and influence positive security behaviors.
- Program Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Security Awareness Program.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other members of the Security Awareness team and stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide support in planning and executing awareness events, campaigns, and activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security awareness program or a related role.
- Experience in data analytics, cyber threat analysis, and behavior change strategies is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Goggle Sheets, Tableau, Power BI), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or Goggle Slides).
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current cyber threats, security best practices, and how to effectively communicate these concepts to diverse audiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling messages that resonate with different audience groups.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to drive security awareness and behavior change.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Advanced graphic design skills, website development, and experience
with video editing software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must come from - Security Awareness Program – a program manager who has lead Security Campaigns – 3 years of experience PM Must
- Must come from Phishing Campaign – Phishing program.
- Cyber security Awareness experience
- Data Analytics experience - Excel, Goggle Sheets, Tableau, Power BI.
- Excel Must be great – Pivot, Macros – Rest tool one to many will be great.
- Add on experience – Great to be – Graphic Design – Adobe experience.
Nice to have:
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
