Senior Residential Warranty Claims Administrator

Join our team as a Senior Residential Warranty Claims Administrator with one of our premier innovative client, focusing in the home warranty industry.  

Compensation:  $24.00/Hour 

Location: Remote

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Working via phone, mail, fax, e-mail and website submissions to receiving, reviewing and preparing cases in CRM for incoming customer complaints and calls

  • Claims resolution management and report preparation and creation

  • Clear and professional communication with clients, representatives and fellow associates
  • Provide informal mediation of disputes or assist with arbitration 
  • Think proactively by providing potential solutions or services to management 

Requirements:

  • Previous property claims resolutions required
  • Background in construction industry or insurance preferred
  • Previous experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce highly preferred
  • Ability to analyze information, problem solve and make decisions with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not a requirement
