Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Onsite Industrial Staffing Recruiter in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and managing a pool of skilled industrial professionals to meet the staffing needs of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier industrial talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, fostering long-term relationships.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client placements.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and meet targets.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in industrial staffing/recruitment, demonstrating expertise in candidate sourcing and placement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
