The Church Bookkeeper provides support services to the church pastor and leadership of the congregation. The Church Bookkeeper will record weekly contributions and receipts, pay vendors, process payroll and taxes, maintain accounts and bank statements, prepare a weekly giving summary, prepare monthly financial reports for council and ministry chairpersons, prepare 1099's and W-=2's at year -end, prepare quarterly payroll reports, and participate in a yearly church audit.
