Pay rate: $25-28/hr
Customer Service Rep Job Duties:
- Acts as primary contact for assigned accounts- addressing questions, order placement details, etc.
- Review customer orders which involves researching material availability, available price record confirmation, shipping method, etc.
- Enter in customer orders/customer data into SAP.
- Communicate with supply chain and coordinate changes, obtain accurate information regarding shipments through meetings. Information is utilized to provide routine updates to our customers regarding changes in supply.
- Provides order related documentation to our customers such as invoices, certificates of analysis and pro-forma invoices
- Works with credit department to research necessary information to complete credits, debits and any special billing in a timely manner
- Interacts and works closely with sales coordination and account managers through the trial order process.
- High School Diploma Required - College degree preferred and/or at least three years in customer service manufacturing environment.
- Computer experience including order processing, SAP, Outlook and PC knowledge
