We are seeking a Pool Sales/Design to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about pool and or landscaping needs
- Provide information about the products and services
- Provide a 3D rendering of the project based on information collected from the customer
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Pool/Landscaping Design & Sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using a CRM
- Experience in using a 3D design program
