Job Description:
As a Corporate Compliance Administrator at Pavilion Group , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies with the required filings and intercompany transactions. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives and track
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Filings: Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to update company filings across the group and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and assess compliance activities, investigate potential violations, and prepare regular reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Audits and Assessments: Coordinate internal and external audits, conduct compliance assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks, including conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including data protection policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, human resources, finance, and operations, to address compliance-related issues and initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to compliance programs and processes.
- Oversee the Company Accounting Systems: Ensure that Intercompany transfers and payments are setup and duly transferred.
- Budget Review: Being part of the Budget management team and the approval process for incoming purchase orders and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compliance, such as GDPR, HIPAA, FCPA, etc.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity.
