PICU Nurse

Location: Charlottesville, VA
Hours: Rotating Shift: Nigh/Day 3x12-Hour

Local Pay: $75/Hour

Travel Pay
Hourly: $37/Hour
Stipend: $1,414 Weekly
36hr Gross: $ 2,746.00
48hr Gross: $3,643

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

UNIT SUMMARY: Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) cares for infants, kids, and teenagers with serious illnesses and injuries or who have had complex surgery — including heart procedures and organ transplants.

 

Our 17-bed PICU admits about 1,000 children each year. We're one of the Southeast's top referral centers for pediatric trauma, cardiac, and critical care.


REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

· VA RN license / Compact License

· BLS, PALS

· Peds cardiac experience a plus
