Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

·        Carry the culture of Rock Hill.

·        Work with Executive Pastor to create and maintain overall Facilities budget.

·        Provide guidance and supervision for all staff, contractors, and volunteers in leadership roles (i.e. Maintenance, Custodial, and Landscaping).

·        Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.

·        Complete regular inspections of facilities and document findings and address with Executive Pastor

·        Provide any spot cleaning as needed throughout the week.

·        Develop ongoing maintenance schedules and ensure completion.

·        Ensure facilities, chairs and tables are in good working order.

·        Manage the HVAC system scheduled for events.

·        Oversee the lock system to ensure facility is open when necessary.

·        Ensure all annual inspections are completed in timely manner (i.e. Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, elevator)

·        Ensure all emergency lighting batteries are functional.

·        Ensure cleaning, maintenance and paper supplies have adequate inventory for needs and order timely.

·        Provide any painting as needed throughout the week.

·        Assist with Facilities upkeep and maintenance at Iron House as requested.

Other duties assigned by Executive Pastor.
