Purpose of the Role 

Provide support to firm staff and departments. Assist in Ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and all deadlines are met for a public accounting firm. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Manage due dates, project management systems, and upcoming projects for all departments

2) Ensure BOSS clients are running smoothly and payroll/bill pay is completed for all monthly service clients 

3) Manage outsourced bookkeeper - backup admin assistant on sending/ receiving documents

4) Help Facilitate trainings, group meetings, etc as necessary 

5) Employee check ins and communication between partners, departmental meetings

6) Engagement letters for monthly service clients 

7) Develop tracking sheets as necessary for auditing work completion or ensuring PMS system is accurate 

8) Help develop new LMS system and continue updates 

9) Main communication with clients and staff 

10) Complete client onboarding or support smart client manager within onboarding

11) Setup tasks as needed as they come in

12) Assistance with Staff onboarding/offboarding 

13) Other duties as assigned from managing member and assistant to each department as needed
