Our company is currently seeking ​a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our  client's companies.

Responsibilities:

  • For multiple small business clients:
    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Reconcilations of the balance sheet
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties 
    • Create financials 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • 4 to 5 years experiance with QuickBooks Online
  • Fundamental knowledge the balance sheet
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in an office environment
