What You Will Do/Need (Job Summary):

Responsible for daily operations of the bar for night shift

 

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• Open up the evening bar at 3pm daily
• Clean and keep the main bar maintained at all times
• Take care of members’ requests and needs
• Stock all beverage items in the designated areas daily
• Ring in all beverage and food orders through the point of sale
• Close out the computer at the end of your shift
•  Assist the Beverage Manager with any duties necessary
• Close the bar at the end of the day
• Turn in all end-of-the-day paperwork to the front desk
• Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)

• Food & beverage knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Outgoing personality, detailed oriented
• Previous bartending experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Able to lift 25 lbs. and climb stairs.
• Ability to perform duties under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
