- Handle office communications and promote practices that reduce environmental impact.
- Manage eco-friendly project documentation.
- Support construction teams in logistics, along with energy-efficient and healthy building practices.
- Human Resource Management
- Coordinate sustainable material procurement.
- Organize Fun meetings with well-being activities.
- Maintain records for green certifications.
- Provide administrative support to construction and insulation project teams, with a focus on sustainable and green building initiatives.
Skills Needed:
- Experience in construction with a focus on sustainable insulation materials and green building techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and construction software
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in construction management, environmental studies or related field preferred.
- Ability to promote workplace fun and health.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for sustainable practices.
- A Professional when necessary and relaxed when needed.
