Job Duties:

Residential Battery Installer with Electrical Experience

We are looking for an experienced person to join our busy team as lead installer for installer primarily for residential installation of multi-branded battery systems. This is a M-F full time position. Occasional weekly overtime. This position is salaried or hourly as negotiated at time of hire. Weekly pay period with pay at $35.00 per hour. We offer a host of paid benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, holiday pay and mandated sick pay and retire plan.

We are family owned and operated celebrating our 36th year of operation having installed residential power systems since 2007. 

Candidates should typically have a minimum of two years experience in Tesla and/or other brand of residential battery or power systems and general electrical experience such as main service panel upgrades. Solar gateways, EV chargers and and sub-panel work is preferred as well and is typical in battery installation projects. Must read electrical plans and follow manufacturer guidelines. Employees and expected to provide basic work tools. Specialty tools and consumables are provided by company.

High level customer care, safe work habits and organized jobsite procedures are daily routines that we promote at all times. You will be working with an organized management team including CRM scheduling team, service and repair team, solar team and a staffed office. A fully stocked warehouse, a full compliment of service equipment and late model fully stocked setvice trucks eases the daily work load.
