Work Location: Green Bay, WIPay Rate: $15-$24/hourly DOE Duration: 4-month contract - TEMP TO HIRE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Under limited supervision, determine entitlement for and subsequently process interest, principal payments, maturities, dividend payments (domestic and foreign) and principal distributions for credit to Trust client accounts.
  • Coordinate purchases and redemptions of certificate of deposits and re-register certificate of deposits transferring in or out of the Trust Company. Setup and maintain Trust account loans and mortgages, process payments in the applicable systems and distribute year end statements and tax forms.
  • Research any discrepancies, communicate with depositories and process necessary changes to Trust client accounts prior to payable dates.
  • Process income payments on payable date to accounts.
  • Monitor daily exception reports to determine where what was forecasted does not match payment received.
  • Submit any claims to the various depositories to address any claims on income discrepancies.
  • Review/monitor payments for mortgage backed securities for appropriate principal and interest payments.
  • Ensure proper payments are received based on principal and income factors provided by the depositories.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or Finance
  • Less than 2 years financial Industry
  • Trust (or any accounting/financial/banking) background.
