We are looking for a lead teacher AKA TODDLER EXPERT (18 months - 36 months) to join our teaching team. At capacity, we will have 12 students and 3 teachers in this class. All teachers on the teaching team are degreed in early childhood and seeking to be the best teacher they can be individually, while still functioning in (and benefitting from) being part of a team.

We are a new school in hyper growth mode so we are looking for someone who can step in on day-one to share knowledge, experience, and best practices. Change and growth excites you. You are able to be autonomous in the classroom but are still coachable and adaptable to the changing needs of a newer school.

Our Teachers ALL:

  • LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN - You are in Early Childhood Education as a chosen career path (and you love it). We want people who are extremely passionate about children and teaching; and who can clearly articulate why
  • ARE AN INNATELY POSITIVE PERSON - You love a challenge and you love to find solutions to problems and contribute to the future of a budding school.
  • ARE TODDLER EXPERTS - You have 4+ years experience with toddlers (18-36 months old). You have a methodology that you follow for how to handle tantrums, meltdowns, biting phases, potty training, and everything in between.
  • ARE PARTNERS TO PARENTS - Our school and the families in it both view the relationship between families and staff as a true partnership in all the different milestones that toddlers are going through.
  • FOCUSED ON MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH - (A background in nutrition and/or kinesiology is a BIG bonus.)
  • You are able to articulate your method of teaching and why
  • You are autonomous, but coachable.
