IV PICC Registered Nurse

Location: Margate, FL

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $31.67 - $47.50/hr based on years of experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: None
  • Relocation Assistance: None

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • No Weekends

Job Summary: As an IV PICC Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients and supervise assigned personnel. This role involves adherence to hospital policies and procedures, and strong interpretive, consultative, management, and supervisory skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide total nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise assigned personnel and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Communicate effectively through written, auditory, and visual methods.
  • Retrieve, communicate, and present information as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Registered Nurse (required)
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • PICC Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of PICC experience in an acute care setting required
  • Additional Requirements:
    • PICC Certificate must be submitted with the application
    • Local candidates highly preferred; no relocation available
