Since 1975, we have refined our expertise in fragrance, color, product formulation, packaging trends to transform into one of the largest home fragrance manufacturers in the United States. Still family-owned and operated, the Grace Management brands have blossomed into international players, with our products currently being sold in over 90 countries.

We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill the position of Content Curator.

The Grace Management Group Content Curator works across different mediums for multiple sales channels to create content that is relevant, compelling, and consistent with each of the Grace brands. This person should be first and foremost proficient in photography with a willingness and enthusiasm for learning and improving their craft to best serve the needs of each of the brands that they work for. While not required, an understanding of video and graphic design is an additional skill this person may possess. This person should be highly creative and willing to work within the guidelines and parameters set forth by each brand and campaign.

Responsibilities:

· Own the creation of all photographic content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of the output. This includes, but is not limited to, studio and lifestyle photography (shoots and postproduction)

· Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brand digital asset library

· Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content

· Maintain the photo shoot calendar and all related activities including coordinating with other members of the team to make sure all shoots get completed in a timely manner.

· Experience with props and knowledge of styling techniques.

· Follow and execute the visual brand identity laid out for Votive, Bridgewater, Greenleaf, Willowbrook, Notes, and other Grace Brands in all work produced.

· Work with different members of the team to achieve the desired look of all content pieces.

· The ability to handle a high-volume of work and juggle different projects under tight deadlines

· Contribute to such tasks as studio break down, moving furniture during in home shoots, etc.

· Produce high quality images, ensuring they are color consistent and correctly exposed

· Responsible for upkeep and care of all studio equipment, props and supplies

· Become proficient with the Orbit-Vue system

· Become proficient within Salsify as it relates to photo naming and uploading.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Excellent written and oral communication

· Proactive problem solving, both technically and creatively

· Excellent knowledge in photography & lighting, to capture images that represents the product accurately with minimal photo retouching

· Working knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop.

· Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, In design, and other Creative Cloud Programs (not required)

· Experience or willingness to learn Canon and Sony digital cameras

· Must be able to self-teach

· Must be willing to offer creative expertise while following the creative guidance laid out by Brand standards & brand managers.

· A strong portfolio of past work is encouraged to demonstrate experience in applied techniques
