Position Overview: We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Bartender/Waitress to join our team at our upscale entertainment club/parties. This dual-role position requires someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, excels in providing exceptional service, and adheres to a stylish and sexy dress code. The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a flair for creating an engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, taking drink orders and food orders, delivering them promptly, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Event Support: Assist with setting up and managing drink and food service stations for special events, themed nights, and private parties, contributing to a memorable experience for all guests.
  • ID Verification: Check identification to verify the age of patrons, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar and service area inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area, including washing glassware, disposing of waste, and adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Atmosphere Creation: Contribute to the lively and energetic ambiance of the club by engaging with guests, supporting themed events, and enhancing the overall vibe of the venue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bartenders, waitstaff, and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a bartender and/or waitress, preferably in a strip club or high-energy nightlife setting.
  • Skills: Strong mixology skills, knowledge of drink recipes, excellent customer service, and communication abilities.
  • Appearance: Adherence to the club’s dress code, which emphasizes a stylish and sexy presentation while maintaining professionalism.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to handle the demands of a busy club environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
