Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for experienced CNC Operators to join the high-performing team in Rochester, NY. As a CNC Operator in the precision machining division, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, electronics, and energy industries.

The Role:
As a CNC Operator you will play a vital role in the production process by operating and maintaining state-of-the-art CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include setting up machinery, loading materials, running machining programs, monitoring operations, and conducting quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of finished parts.

The Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and machining instructions.

- Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment and positioning.

- Run machining programs and monitor operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Conduct regular inspections and measurements to verify part dimensions and tolerances.

- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to optimize performance.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a machining environment.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machining principles and techniques.

- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.

- Ability to use precision measuring tools and gauges to perform quality checks.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
