Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our team on various construction projects in West Memphis, Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete construction, including highway work and the operation of heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of the concrete crew to ensure project completion in accordance with design standards.
Read, interpret, and execute construction plans and specifications.
Oversee the laying, spreading, and finishing of concrete for a variety of construction projects, especially highways.
Manage the operation of heavy machinery used in concrete placement and finishing.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries of concrete and other construction materials.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity and durability of the concrete work.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other construction personnel.
Train and mentor junior crew members and laborers in concrete construction techniques.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
Experienced in highway construction and heavy machinery operation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and technical documents.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction management is a plus.
