Job Description Summary

Property Managers are responsible for maintaining compliance with Tenant Landlord Law in our forms and procedures. Property Managers are also responsible for maintaining our properties to a market ready standard, ensuring high level of service at all times and for coordinating and motivating staff to maximize the performance of our properties.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Ensuring the smooth running of our properties in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts and expense control.

· Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase \

 

HOURS: 9-5 M-Th and 9-Noon on Friday. We work until 4 most Fridays
