Certified Medical Assistant

Our clinical team is seeking a part-time, 24 hr./weekly CMA at our Mulberry Clinic, located at 315 Mulberry Street, Evansville, IN.
40 HOURS - NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS, 13 PAID HOLIDAYS
JOB SUMMARY
Performs general nursing and clerical functions required by ECHC’s clients during clinic visits. Works closely and under the supervision of the Provider and the Site Manager to promote patient satisfaction, provide ordered treatments, promote clinical outcomes of care, and assist with coordination of care and primary care services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a state-certified program for CMA’s.
- Maintain current, valid CMA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in team settings where lines of authority and job delineations overlap A
- Ability to encourage client development and self-management, participation and optimal functioning.
- Concern for client’s dignity and promotion of ECHC’s mission.
- Ability to run Window’s based programs and enter basic data into the computer.
- Reliable means to get to work and to/from clinics sites, as needed to meet organizational goals.
