Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our team We are a specialty pharmacy that has a low volume of orders that need extra attention to detail. You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients, no compounding
  • Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
  • Process prescriptions using CPR+ and ScriptMed computer software
  • Label and record dosage information
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
  • Help with billing patient orders
  • Receiving, picking and packing patient orders for shipping

​Qualifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid pharmacy technician license in good standing with the California State Board of Pharmacy.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understands the importance of teamwork
