Buscamos artesanos dedicados y experimentados para unirse a nuestra nueva planta de fabricación de última generación. Los candidatos ideales poseerán una profunda pasión por la creación de botas de piel de primera calidad y el compromiso de mantener nuestros excepcionales estándares de artesanía.

 

Responsabilidades:

 

  • Fabricar a mano botas de piel con precisión y meticulosa atención al detalle.

  • Cortar, coser y ensamblar componentes de piel con habilidad y precisión.

  • Garantizar un control de calidad riguroso en cada fase del proceso de fabricación.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de producción para cumplir y superar los objetivos y plazos de producción.

  • Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio, seguro y organizado

  • Cumplir estrictamente todos los protocolos de seguridad y fabricación.

Requisitos:

 

  • Experiencia demostrada en la fabricación de botas de piel o en un campo artesanal relacionado

  • Conocimiento profundo de los materiales de piel y de las técnicas de fabricación de botas.

  • Excepcional coordinación mano - ojo y destreza manual

  • Gran atención al detalle y firme compromiso con la fabricación de productos de alta calidad.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo dinámico.

  • Gran ética laboral, fiabilidad y actitud positiva.

 

Cualificaciones preferidas:

 

  • Experiencia previa en un entorno de fabricación de alto ritmo.

  • Dominio de varias herramientas y maquinaria para trabajar el cuero/piel.
