Public Adjuster, Residential Property Damage

We are seeking a Public Adjuster, with experience in residential property damage to become part of our organization You will investigate, analyze and determine the extent of damages to the customer's property.
Responsibilities:
*Identify, document, and advise on potential costs associated with the necessary repairs/replacements
*Demonstrates the ability to anticipate customers’ needs and make appropriate recommendations
*Determining whether the customer’s homeowner’s insurance policy covers the loss and damages
Qualifications:
*Prior construction knowledge is a plus
*Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on conflict resolution
*Proficient in taking measurements and math skills
*Have and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (for operation of a company vehicle)
*Demonstrates accurate and appropriate use and knowledge of Symbility, Xactimate, Microsoft Office, and iOS equipment
