Water Well Hand

We are seeking a skilled Water Well Hand to join our team. As a Water Well Hand, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction, and maintenance of water wells. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of heavy equipment operation and mechanical skills. With the help from our technicians you will be hands on and will get the oppurtunity to learn so much about a lot of different areas. We are not just a water well company.

Duties:
- Assist in the construction of water wells
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and rigs
- Dig trenches and excavate areas for well installation
- Perform maintenance and repairs on well equipment
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt to certain changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

With experience comes different pay rates. Make sure you put ALL skills down

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
