Job Summary:

The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz, P.L.L.C. has immediate openings for legal assistants. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and preferably have experience with personal injury law. Pay is commensurate with prior legal experience.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant information and documents.

  • Filing and data entry.

  • Provide support to attorneys.

  • Prepare legal documents.

  • Conduct research and gather relevant information.

  • Maintain organized case files.

  • Medical document review..

  • Client interviews.

  • Maintain confidentiality..

 

  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Pleasant, even-keeled personality.

  • Excellent communication skills..

  • Able to take direction.

  • Able to handle case volume.

  • Highly organized

  • Exceptional time and calendar management

  • Stellar writing skills (willing to provide writing sample)

  • Bilingual (highly favored)

  • Prior experience in MI auto law (highly favored)
