We are seeking a phlebotomist who has an interest in clinical research to join our team This position also offers many growth opportunities. As a member of our team, you will work alongside leading researchers and healthcare professionals, contributing to meaningful discoveries that shape the future of medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on study participants.
  • Ensure proper collection, labeling, and processing of blood specimens according to study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with research staff to coordinate sample logistics and ensure timely delivery to laboratory facilities.
  • Assist in the recruitment and screening of study participants, providing exceptional patient care throughout the research process.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements governing clinical research activities.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT) required.
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy in a clinical or research setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to the advancement of medical science.
