We are seeking an ambitious Sales & Service Representative to join our team Our ideal candidate would have at least some experience with the automotive, motorcycle, or powersport business.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 10 hour days

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers when they call or enter the store
  • Determining if they are needing Sales or Service and capture their contact info and consult with them
  • Assisting customers with their Sales or Service need (e.g., show them vehicles or communicate approx. cost for service/repair based on general guidelines)
  • Closing deals in your department
  • Cross-selling other goods and services when desired by customer
  • Conducting pre and post delivery inspections
  • Helping peers maintain a tidy front display area and neatly organized inventory


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in powersport or motorcycle sales/service is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn multiple facets of the business
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Honest, dependable, efficient / self-motivated
