Lead Electrical Engineer - Microcontroller-Based Control Systems Specialist

Location: Monticello, MN

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer who specializes in specifying and applying microcontroller-based control systems to electrical boilers and plenum heaters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on leading the design and implementation of microcontroller-based control systems on HVAC appliances.

Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing microcontroller-based control systems for electrical systems, preferably in the HVAC industry.

· Prior supervisory experience

· Strong understanding of control theory, signal processing, and feedback control systems.
