Job Summary

As a professional security officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization by monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points, and enforcing security procedures. You will also be required to respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms as necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Patrol designated areas to ensure the security of premises, property, and personnel.

·       Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems.

·       Conduct security checks on employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.

·       Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or activities.

·       Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner.

·       Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.

·       Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

·       Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors during emergencies or security-related incidents.

·       Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents as required.

·       Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to security practices and procedures.

 

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

4. Knowledge of security practices, procedures, and equipment.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Have the ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.

 

SHIFT NEED

Afternoons, Nights and the weekend

 

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. You must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends and holidays.
