Construction Laborers

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license is REQUIRED.

Must have reliable transportation.

General construction knowledge is a plus.

Must pass Basic Construction Math Assessment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

High School Diploma/GED.

Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism.

Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds.

Must be able to do physical activity.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 7am to 4pm

Experience:

Construction - 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Office/Shop located in Richfield, OH.

Job locations vary. Company vehicles will be used.

Primary Responsibilities:

*Installation of both epoxy and stamped concrete floor coating systems. Including but not limited to: Metallic and

solid color epoxy, mosaic flake, stamped concrete overlays, and more.

* Floor preparation- including diamond grinding and shot blasting, repairs to cracks and patching.

*Performing work on both small and large projects, both residential and commercial.

*Ensure maintain strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.

*Strive to meet and exceed production goals.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
