We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector/ISO Coordinator with experience in ISO 9001 to join our team.

 

**Role Overview:**

As a Quality Inspector/ISO Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet or exceed both internal and external quality standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating our ISO 9001 certification processes and maintaining compliance with ISO guidelines.

 

**Responsibilities: **

- Conduct thorough inspections of products/services at various stages of production to identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies.

- Utilize measurement tools and techniques to ensure components meet precise specifications and tolerances.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive records for quality traceability.

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines.

- Lead internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards and identify areas for improvement.

- Serve as the main point of contact for external audits related to ISO 9001 certification.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and recommend adjustments to processes and practices as needed.

- Act as a liaison between different departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

- Analyze quality data and generate reports highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and compliance status.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on quality-related matters and drive collaborative solutions.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector with a strong understanding of inspection methodologies and techniques.

- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and communicate quality issues.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Experience in leading internal audits and interacting with external auditors.

- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and quality management software.

- Relevant certification in quality assurance or ISO 9001 (preferred but not required).
