Duplass, APLC has openings in our Mandeville Office for attorneys licensed in Louisiana with three to seven years of insurance defense and litigation experience. Construction defect and insurance coverage experience preferred. Self-motivated, independent lawyers are best suited for these roles.
Requirements for these positions include top quality work product, excellent academic credentials, exceptional client service, and an ability to work effectively individually and in a team. The candidate must also be skilled in the following areas: file handling, legal research, drafting opinions, legal memoranda, and compliance advice in a clear and concise manner, conducting depositions and inspections, appearing in court and arguing motions, and assisting in mediation and trial. Some travel, almost exclusively within the State of Louisiana, is required.

Compensation/Benefits: A robust suite of benefits includes training and development programs including monthly presentations, CLE and bar admission expense reimbursement, cell phone allowance, and client development expense account.
