A luxury apartment property located in the Northbrook area of Chicago is seeking a full time Porter.

Job is responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot, pool maintenance, as well as assistant with make readies.

HVAC certification a plus but not a requirement.
